Made of very heavy enameled cast iron with suction cup feet for added stability, the retro juicer works on the principle of leverage: raise the arm to insert the citrus half, lower it to press out the juice. This machine extracts juice completely from all citrus fruits, whether small limes or large grapefruits. A rubber coating adds grip to the contoured arm, and a removable plastic base holds a bowl, glass, or short pitcher (not included).
