It's worth the money,

This review is from: Pedrini Acciaio & Acciaio Stainless Steel Peeler (Kitchen)
A few years ago I was at an upscale department store, desperately
looking for a basic peeler, and all they had was the Pedrini.
(It was a slightly different model, with plastic in the handle.)
I got it reluctantly but have been absolutely thrilled. I had
no idea how quick and easy it could be to peel vegetables and
potatoes. Now I use it to put shreds of carrot in my salads
because the peeler is faster and easier than cutting the carrot
with a knife. Since getting the Pedrini, I have also tried
Good Grips and other "fancy" brands but so far I haven't found
anything to compare with the Pedrini.

Once I got the Pedrini and began peeling the potatoes, my children fussed a bit: "How will we know they're REAL potatoes?" they asked. But soon they liked the new fluffy, peel-less potatoes just as much as we do :-) My sister bought me this and a...Read more

This is a great peeler. It got 4.5 stars because it doesn't have an eye remover. It peels a little thicker then the Rosle peeler and can peel the eye away. It is a great product to have.
