I usually like to 'live' with a product for awhile before posting any sort of review. We've been using our Tribest Citrus Juicer for about 3 months now. There really is not much to say other than it does exactly what I expected a citrus juicer to do... it reams citrus fruits very fast, very efficiently, very safe and easy to use, a really powerful motor, simple quick clean-up and it looks good. Excellent plastics materials used in construction and its a simple, smart design. It might be a little more expensive than many of the other citrus juicers currently in the marketplace but you can be sure you won't be disappointed. When searching for a citrus juicer I read quite a few reviews and it seems weak motors were the biggest single complaint with most of these electric citrus juicers. However I gathered from the reviews about this Tribest Citrus Juicer that a weak motor would definitely NOT be an issue and then when I considered the relatively small price difference for a juicer...Read more

This is a fine juicer. It works well and is easy to use and clean. I can also convey confidence in the manufacturer. The unit I received (it was a mail order) was missing a part; while this situation might be considered a negative, my phone call to them about it was courteously and promptly handled.

Manufacturer would not exchange defective item.,

I received the CitriStar juicer, and immediately after opening it, found that, about 25% of the time, the motor would buzz instead of engaging and rotating.
When I called Tribest, they told me firmly that I needed to press down on it using a citrus fruit instead of my hand, and then it would work properly. This turned out to not be true (not surprising, as the juicer does not appear to include sensors and circuitry to insure that the object pressing on it is a citrus juicer instead of, say, a couple of fingers). I called them back, and they said that I could only return it, under warranty, after registering the product. I did this, and called them back yet again. I was then told that they would examine it for possible warranty repair or replacement. When I told them that it was defective right out of the box, and that I did not want a repaired defective item, but a new item, they informed me that they simply don't do exchanges under any circumstances, and that they could...Read more
